Going with the flow

Today I was focusing more on continuous flowing movement, instead of stopping and starting a bit with each step. Also some really slow circle walking again, and qi focus this time. I relaxed the tendons a bit and focused on getting the qi all connected. It’s really difficult to maintain balance when circle walking slowly hence why it is such good practice. So much easier to stay balanced just fine when going quickly though it.

I started with the 5 yin organs exercise at the beginning. Also did zhan zhuang at the end.

I have been back at it for 19 days now. At least the people walking by have grown kinda bored with looking at me practice :D.
