Sped things up a lot :D

On Friday I focused on speeding things up a lot, then just did many more rotations for each palm. I figure that varying up the speed a bit is a good idea for the practice.

On Saturday I took a day off circle walking. I wanted to make sure that I didn’t overdo things, so took a whole day off. I instead got my bicycle out, pumped up the tires and went for a short ride. I seem to have lost my cardio! Has anyone seen it? No idea where it go to lol. Also, I thought I was doing pretty well with leg strengthening from the circle walking, but nope, even slight hills proved me very wrong in this regard! I think that bike riding will help my Bagua a lot.
