I have realized that I’m not focusing nearly enough on the balance required for good circle walking. So I just slowed everything down, a LOT. I went at 1/3 my usual (not all that fast) speed today. (I know I looked at the clock before and after :D). I think I might actually slow it down even more. The really slow circle walking, obviously helps balance, but also does amazing things for working the leg strength.
